Who these terms cover
These terms cover the Deploy Safely website, the free public check, paid plans, and the emails we send about your reports. By using the product, you agree to them.
Only scan what you are allowed to test
Run checks only on apps you own, or apps you have clear permission to test. Do not point Deploy Safely at someone else’s site. We may refuse a check, slow you down, or close an account that looks like it is being used to probe other people’s apps.
Checks are best-effort
A check looks at the public page and a short list of common mistakes. It does not promise to find every issue. A good grade is not a security certificate, a penetration test, or a promise that your app is safe. A bad grade is a warning about what a visitor can already see, not a complete list of every risk.
What we will not do
We do not break into your app, guess passwords, change your data, or use a secret key we find. Saved and repeated checks run only after you prove you control the site.
Paid plans
Starter is $19 per month for 3 saved apps. Pro is $49 per month for 10 saved apps. Prices are in US dollars and billed through Stripe. You can cancel in the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, unless a payment is disputed or flagged as fraud, in which case paid checks pause while that is reviewed.
Your content
You keep ownership of your app. You give us permission to fetch the public pages needed to run the checks you request. Fix prompts are suggestions for your AI builder. You are responsible for reviewing the changes before you ship them.
No warranty
The product is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, that every leak will be found, or that a fix prompt is the right change for your app. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or a leak we did not report.
